Data storage and retention at tangkasqq
We store your registration and KYC data indefinitely while your account is active. This allows you to log in anytime and protects against account hijacking. When you close your account, we retain your data for seven years to comply with Indonesian financial reporting requirements and to defend against disputed transactions. After seven years, we delete your personal data—KYC documents are destroyed, transaction logs are anonymized (amounts and types remain, but your name is removed).
Our servers are located outside Indonesia (typically Singapore or other regional data centers). Your data is encrypted with AES-256 in storage and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, so data center location does not diminish security. We do not move your data to jurisdictions with weaker privacy laws. If Indonesia's data protection authority requires us to store certain data locally, we will maintain a local copy while keeping our primary servers secure.
At tangkasqq, we believe privacy is not negotiable. Your data is yours; we hold it in trust, encrypted and protected, used only for the purposes you've agreed to.
Your rights regarding data on tangkasqq
You have several rights under Indonesian data protection principles, which we respect. You may request access to all personal data tangkasqq holds about you; we'll provide a download of your registration details, KYC documents, and transaction history within 7 days. You may request correction of inaccurate data—if your address or phone number changed, contact our support team and we'll update it. You may request deletion of your personal data once your account is closed and the seven-year regulatory retention period has passed.

Cookies and tracking on tangkasqq
We use session cookies only—small text files that remember you're logged in so you don't have to re-enter your password every time you refresh the page. These cookies expire when you close your browser or after 24 hours of inactivity (whichever is sooner). We do not use persistent cookies to track you across sessions or across other websites.
We do not use third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) that would track your behavior across the internet. Our mobile app logs basic usage metrics (how many times you view the live football markets, how long you play slots) to improve the user interface, but these metrics are anonymized—they don't identify you personally. If you're using tangkasqq in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, your city-level location is recorded to comply with local regulations, but we never track your precise GPS coordinates.
Third-party processors and partners at tangkasqq
Our payment partners (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) receive your name and account number to process deposits and withdrawals. We do not control how these partners use your data; each has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their terms if you want to understand their practices.
Our hosting provider (cloud infrastructure) stores our servers and databases. They have access to encrypted data but not to decryption keys—your passwords and KYC documents are encrypted such that even our hosting provider cannot read them. We have a written data-processing agreement with them requiring they use your data only to provide hosting services and not to share it with others.
Law enforcement: If we receive a legally binding court order or official request from Indonesian authorities, we may disclose user data. We do not voluntarily report user information to any government agency. If we receive a request we believe is unlawful, we will challenge it in court if possible, and we will notify you of any disclosure unless prohibited by law.
Security practices at tangkasqq
We protect your data with industry-standard encryption and access controls. All data in transit uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). All data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Your password is hashed using bcrypt, a secure algorithm that even we cannot reverse—if you forget your password, we cannot retrieve it; we can only send you a reset link. Access to your personal data is restricted to tangkasqq employees who need it for their job (fraud team, support, engineering); all staff standard security practices training and sign confidentiality agreements.
We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to find and fix vulnerabilities. We recommend reviewing this notice periodically, especially before major holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, when we sometimes adjust our data-retention timelines to account for extended processing delays.
